When people lack accurate information and education about their bodies and sexual health, it can impact their self-image, sense of identity, health and relationships.

As a graduate of Opt’s Sexual Health Educator Certification (SHEC) program, I am committed to sharing relevant and accurate sexual health knowledge that celebrates sexual, gender, and relationship diversity.

Through sex-positive, inclusive education my goal is to empower youth, young adults and adults to make informed choices about their own bodies, feel confident in themselves, and build strong relationships.

I understand the importance of being able to facilitate discussions around sex, sexuality, gender and relationships in an open and positive way that inspires people to identify their own values and embrace diversity.
